I’m Erika Kelly, founder of Haus of Systems.
My background combines biomedical engineering, project management, entrepreneurship, and business operations. It’s given me a unique perspective on how businesses work, how they grow, and what it takes to improve their performance.
As a PMP-certified project manager and entrepreneur, my experience spans business growth strategy, revenue optimization, systems implementation, and process improvement across industries including healthcare, real estate, travel, and professional services.
I’ve experienced firsthand what it takes to build and grow a business. I understand the excitement of creating new revenue opportunities, but I also understand the operational challenges that come with growth.
That’s why I look at the bigger picture.
How does a business generate revenue? How does it attract and serve customers? Where are time and resources being wasted? What processes are holding it back? And where can strategy, better systems, or technology create meaningful improvements?
Those are the questions that guide my approach.
I founded Haus of Systems because I believe ambitious businesses deserve more than great ideas or another software subscription. They deserve thoughtful strategy, well-designed systems, and the ability to execute.
